Kiwanis Club of Tampa
Members make new friends by being part of a club where they attend meetings and participate in social events. Kiwanis clubs also provide excellent networking opportunities for professionals. A great way to get to know your fellow Kiwanians is by getting involved with our more than 20 committees.
Some activities can be worked around your schedule. While some committee projects are during the day, there are some that take place in the evenings (for example, Circle Kmeetings) or at other times. A number of our projects don’t require special skills or knowledge. Our construction committee will help you gain building skills. All that’s required is a willingness to help others, and you may like finding yourself in good company.
Our members are dedicated to making a difference in the community. Some are recognized as members of our Legion of Honor for 25-plus years of membership. Once a year, we also recognize one member’s achievements during the year with the Doyle E. Carlton Memorial Award for Kiwanian of the Year.
There are a lot of committees that could use your help. We encourage everyone to get involved with the Kiwanis Club of Tampa. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org learn about ways to be an active participant.
