Be Wise Immunizations are back to school physicals and immunizations. Immunizations are free to
school-aged children, provided they have their immunization records. The physicals are free also to
any school-aged (K-12) child entering Florida schools for the first time. This program does not include
physicals for sports, Head Start or Child Care. This is a back to school coalition of Hillsborough
County.working with many organizations, along with the Kiwanis Club of Tampa. The children
receive school back packs with school supplies, as well lunch for them and their family. This function
